That would def be Sinbad. It’s not like Ja’far doesnt stare at him all the time, I think Ja’far probably stares at him far more than Sin does. But he’s good at not getting caught. Sinbad tho is far more obvious and stares at him when he can notice. I think he doesnt care Ja’far notices or maybe he even wants him to notice so xD.

7. Who gets teary eyed when they pass a dead animal while driving?

I dont think either of them is that sensitive. They would feel bad for it but not get teary eyed.
The one who cries most tho is Ja’far.

13. Who always leaves their clothes on the floor?

Sinbad does and Ja’far gets pissed. He usually picks it up for him but after several times and Ja’far getting seriously angry, Sinbad starts doing it himself.
